I already have done it, but seem be than this model does not take into account a Power Converter, if you have seen one into matlab help, just share it to me. My issue is related with the P-V curve, the model that I created by my own does not let me obtain it, but it clearly works.

You will have a problem with the arrangement you describe. Under shading conditions the array will show more than one maximum power point and your MPPT may not lock on to the best one, or it may fail altogether and oscillate between them. Make sure your code accurately describes panels that are partly shaded. Make sure that the equation solvers do actually solve the equations and don't fail or oscillate. Make sure your MPPT algorithm handles multiple maxima.
