Dear all, I have been testing a model that is in the Matlab library (https://es.mathworks.com/help/physmod/sps/ug/simplified-model-of-a-small-scale-micro-grid.html), this is named "power microgrid" this is a simplified PV, grid-connected model. This is an easy-going model, and mimic some aspects somewhat better than it may seem.
Nonetheless, I wonder why the battery model always retains the same power? despite the fact that I had changed up/down the values of AH, by the way, I also noticed that it hardly changes its power accumulation when I tested by increasing/reducing the PV generation as well, is it ok to you? otherwise, do you have any insights to overcome this misbehaviour?. In this type of simulation the load and PV production data are given in look up table blocks and saved as a command in the properties command --callbacks ---PreloadFcn; that is why your modification does not apply.
So the solutions I propose is to delete this command and modify what you want without going through the callbacks step.
you copy the model in another simulink file and empty the Workspace then modify it.
