I would like to do my master thesis on the following topics, but I am not sure how to choose it and also that matches with current market trend and my future job opportunities. Can you please help me how to choose the topic out my interested areas mentioned below:
1. Impact of digitalization on business models of Insurance companies?
2. Impact of Machine Learning on future of Insurance Industry ?
Also in which areas I can gain knowledge and also availability of sources.

In my opinion digitization in current market is a good topic and finding the benefits and disadvantages can help organization toward better condition.

i think both topics are relevant for the current market and are going to be relevant in the future, too. They are both pretty vague though. You should think about what you want to do exactly and how to get more focus.
Availability of relevant and recent sources won't be a problem for any of the topics imo.
It is hard to help you choose one as your interest areas match both topics. Maybe you can combine the two:
"Machine Learning and AI based Business Models in the Insurance Industry"
You could then do a interview study with insurance executives and ML specialists.
