Dear all!...

I have done some assays of cell viability with MTT reactive and I would like to know if there are differences between un-treated and treated cells. Because the sample size is small, I must to do Mann-Withney Test (Non Parametric test). I have tried to make the statics with Origin Pro8, however I can not to performance the statics and tutotial on Youtube isn't clear.

Has anyone worked with Origin Pro8 for Mann-Withney Test? How should I organize the data in order to Origin works?
