Mancova with nominal covariates?

Hi there, as you can see below, I have a conceptual model with two moderators. I conducted an experiment with 12 different groups.

I now want to do my MANCOVA analysis but found out that my moderators (as covariates) need to be continuous...

What is the best solution for this problem?

If your moderators are not continuous, you should treat them as factors in the MANOVA. That way, you can not only gauge the main effects of their relationships, but examine the possible interactions if you have a mind to do that.
