I am running an experimental study. I have 4 DVS. I run pre-test and post-test , and there is a control group.
With the MANCOVA command, how to adjust the dependent variables, fixed factors[independent variables] and covariate? What could be the covariate as there is none selected for now.
Note: Pre-test and post test along with control have already been adjusted through paired sample t-test.

Hello Yumna Ali I don't really agree with MANCOVA on this. I think it's better to use repeated measures.
Of course, there is a lot to say in this regard. After all, you can search for yourself and learn better.
If you don’t use pre-test scores as covariates, MANCOVA becomes MANOVA (no adjustment), which is weaker for your design. Always include the pre-test. Run MANCOVA with your 4 post-test DVs as dependents, group as fixed factor, and pre-test scores as covariates to control for baseline differences.
