I'm stuck at trying to make a 10mM stock solution of a drug (MW 145781.6g/mol) in 10ml of 0.01% DMSO. The concentration of the drug as stated on the pot is 2mg/ml.
Molarity = moles/vol in L ... first u have to calculate moles and 1 mole is equal to its mol. wt. for ur case 10mM means .01M= moles/.01L , so moles=.0001 and wt in gram = no of moles * mol wt i.e, .0001X 145781.6 .. so make this sol in .01% DMSO solution...
