Is there a superexchange through Oxygens (like in the case of simple MnO) ?
By the way, As we know the crystal structure is Orthoromblic, So what is the direction of superexchange?

You can find magnetic structure in [F. Moussa, M. Hennion, J. Rodriguez-Carvajal, H. Moudden, L. Pinsard, and A. Revcolevschi Phys. Rev. B 54, 15149]

Yes, of course, it is superexchange through oxygen ions, there is no direct exchange.

In the mentioned paper, two exchanges were obtained: FM in-plane (ab plane) constant J1 = 0.83 meV and J2 = -0.58 meV for the AFM exchange along c.
