Good night I wanna know how is the process to do manual without the robot the Magna Pure LC RNA isolation Kit because the robot is damaged and I cant find the mounts of the protocol so I did the calcules for 10 samples but I have no clarity about the process with the magnetic Glass I mean what I need to do manual thanks for your opinions.

Usually, you cannot go "manual" on an automated process unless it's at elution. Technically it's possible but you will also need a magnetic column in the same manner the machine has. You would have to be careful that the magnetic force is equivalent to that of the magnapure. You can try to mimic what the machine did if you know the volumes it uses and the order it processes samples. Remember, the kit has been optimized to operate under certain conditions so I would not recommend improvising, you are better off using a manual extraction kit.
