Does anybody know why, or if it occurs normally, PE-conjugated antibodies loose fluorescence in 24 hours? I made kinetics in which I evaluate fluorescence of several suface Ab's like CD4, CD8, CD19 and CD20, of different brands (Biolegend and eBiosciences) and I see the same effect, but not in FITC or PerCP conjugated Ab's.
