Could you clarify whether you are testing the clinician's knowledge when training to use a scale, or whether you are looking for a scale to help clinicians to assess the medical stage/state of their treatment. Thanks for your response and am sorry for the ambiguity. I am testing the clinican's knowledge before and after training on the use of the clinical opiate withdrawal scale (COWS) tool.
