Hi Mohammed, when I feel lazy and don't want to purify gDNA for PCR, I just take some cells, boil them with water for 10min, spin down the cells pellet and take 1ul of supernatant for PCR. Normally I use 20ul of water. Hope it is useful :)

Hello, you can use benzyl chloride method for DNA extraction which really easy cheap and reliable method.

Thank you so much for your help. I tried boiling cells after scratch. Unfortunately, it did not work. Perhaps too little or no cells or too many cells. I got positive results after Quick DNA extract kit. Seems good to use for future.
