Looking for a bioinformatician for collaborative work to develop a simple software: can anyone help?

I'm looking for a collaborator (expertise in bioinformatics) to develop a simple software. The goal is to develop a downloadable platform independent calculator in Java or similar. The work is highly collaborative, science based, minimalist and no funding is involved. I simply don't have the expertise to program but would like to carry out a good idea. High enthusiasm is required. I can't offer anything else than first authorship in a peer-reviewed journal and hopefully, high access and citation rate.
