Does anybody have any experiences submitting compete plastid genomes to NCBI. Using their tool sequin is really troublesome and requires a lot of time. Is it easier to deposit the sequences in other databases e.g. DDBJ?
Have you contacted a representative of NCBI? They tend to be very helpful.
BankIt seems to be the solution for my case :)
I am glad that you found a solution.
Does anybody know a lab in Australia or New Zealand who carries out in situ hybridization, FISH, GISH with polyploid plants?
