I need to use LTNE model in FLUENT to simulate porous media. However, FLUENT user manual doesn't provide details on how the model is working.
I have doubts regarding implementation of boundary conditions and interfacial continuity of heat flux and temperature. In FLUENT, at any wall, there are 3 different wall (solid wall, shadow wall and another solid wall due to LTNE). The solid wall and shadow walls are coupled but the solid wall due to LTNE isn't. But I want all the three walls to be coupled so that interfacial continuity of temperature and flux can be implemented.
If somebody has implemented such continuity conditions or have details about how LTNE model in FLUENT maintains this continuity at boundaries and interfaces, please respond.

I think fluent has a non-Equilibrium Model called " wet-steam' you probably need to try it.

Thank You for the reply Ahmed Al-Manea Actually I am trying to model single phase fluid flow through porous media inside a pipe or channel for heat exchange. The porous media is made of metal or ceramic foam matrix. So, I am using FLUENT porous media model with in-built LTNE which requires continuity of heat flux at interfaces and walls. But no details are given regarding how boundary conditions are implemented by default or how to implement if these are not implemented by default. Authors do mention using UDF but I am not able to figure out how. Kindly see the attached domain and equations which I want to implement.

I have tried the mesh interface option by manually creating interfaces. It helps me achieve one part of boundary condition, i.e. flux balance, but I also want the continuity of temperature as well. Any idea how to achieve that as well?
