I'm using the big five personality inventory in my questionnaire. In the factor analysis items of the Big Five appear to more than one component. I know that it is better to get rid of the items that appear in multiple components. However, this item has positive loading in one component and negative in the other and because it is types of personality the negative and positive loading gives a different meaning.

For example, I have conscientiousness with loading .473 in one component and then -.644 in the other. This means that in one component there is conscientiousness and in the other, there is a lack of conscientiousness. The same is happening with Agreeableness in another two components. Should I keep the item in both components explain it as I just did or should I delete conscientiousness and run EFA again?
