How many ug did you load, did you check the quality of the transfer?

Anti-beta Actin antibody - Loading Control (ab8227). You should be looking for a band between 34 and 53kD (around 47kD) in molecular weight.

Thanks Amy and Maria. To Amy: I usually load 25ug protein per lane. To Maria: have you ever check this antibody on Native Page? I check the datasheet from abcam, but no information was indicated this antibody can work for native page. Thanks again for the valuable information anyway.

I usually run 30 ug and the bands can be quite weak. But it is detectable. I check my transfer with an amino black dye. We are using an HRP conjugate from Santa Cruz. sc-1615-HRP

It is recommended for IP, FCM, and IHC so it might work in other non denaturing conditions. Call tech support.
