As we look in to the banddigram of Lib with the half cell and full cell configuration ,the electrodes cathode chemical potential above the homo and anode chemical potential below the lumo?why and what will happen if the reverse phenomenon can be assume it?
If the electrode potentials are outside of the borders given by HOMO und LUMO, the electrolyte will be reduced at the anode or oxidized at the cathode.

If the potential of the anode potential above the LUMO and cathode potential below the HOMO.how the battery electrodes will be affect and what kind of reaction will occurs on both the electrodes?
If by "LUMO/HOMO", you mean, that it is concerning, only, the electrolyte, then it is, essentially, as the Sebastian Maletti's answer.
