I have synthesised Lithium rich layered oxide(LLO) (Li1.15Co0.08Ni0.23Mn0.54)O2,now i want to do riteveld refinement for LLO by using full prof software.How do I can start to do it to find out the whether its is composite of trigonal and monoclinc or single phase of trigonal with the superlattice phasepresent?
either i have to do it with single phase analysis or two phase analysis?

Since Lithium rich layered oxide(LLO) having partially lithium were occupied in transition metal site and vice versa.
How can i create the correct PCR file for LLOs and how can I feed the atomic position into the PCR file?
