The first link r posted by Mohammed O. Al-Amr is the correct web address to the LINO journal and it is a Spanish genuine journal. The ISSN number corresponds to the journal on SCOPUS. Check it on SCOPUS and see.
Indeed as so rightfully so said by Mohammed O. Al-Amr be aware which website you use. The website http://linojournal.com/ is indeed a 100% hijacked version of the real journal. A number of red flags can be found:
-Contact info is vague (nothing but a Gmail address, this is often used by predatory journals)
-Prominently mentioned UCG approved message (so clearly looking for victims from India)
-The prominently mentioned impact factor is fake (too high for such a small and highly specialized journal and one can easily check that the journal is indexed in ESCI (from Clarivate) so no impact factor (yet), see also enclosed file
-Checked a couple of papers and it is a mess (info about date of publication is either missing or seems to be random 2012 in a 2019 issue etc.). Furthermore the scope of the journal is way too broad.
-They charge costs (while the authentic one is free of costs)
The real journal https://reunido.uniovi.es/index.php/RAHA is the genuine Scopus indexed journal:
-The number of papers published and covered in Scopus (Scopus content coverage) correspond with the number of published papers in the archive
-Free of costs
-Genuine contact info
-Papers are in Spanish which corresponds with its origin and highly specialized scope
So the free of cost open access journal is the legit one. I will include this journal in my list of not (yet) included hijacked journal examples (for known examples one can check https://beallslist.net/hijacked-journals/ ):
