It is widely known that bacterial infection, inflammation and oxidative stress are the known factors of liver sieve defenestration. However, the mechanisms involve LSECs defenestration associated with infection and inflammation are largely unknown.
My question is how bacterial infection or inflammation leads to defenestration in the liver sieve
