It is true that freedom is required but not everyone understands it properly. As Dr.Anuradha Iddagoda says, this thing follows the personality that those who love good and parallel have a positive effect but if they are a weak personality and do not know in estimating the results sure the effect will be negative

I believe that employees need to be given a job description by their employer and that employees should then have the freedom to carry out that job description however they wish. This seems an ideal balance between accountability and creativity.
