I was able to find 3 plasmids at Addgene (below) that came close to these specifications but they're not quite there. Can anyone point me to a LV transfer plasmid expressing constitutive RFP and puromycin selection marker? I'll be producing the viral particles in HEK to transduce NHBEs. Thanks!
