Hi everyone!

Does anyone know if it is possible doing lentiviral infection with the vector pX459 (

pSpCas9(BB)-2A-Puro (PX459) V2.0)?

I am asking because I infected iMEF cells with lentiviral system using the plasmid pX459 and in the selection step using puromycin, all cells died.

Have anyone experience?
