Leaving cell culture in 20C for two days after induction with IPTG for protein expression?

I grew up and induced my cells with IPTG for protein expression (GST tagged) the day before yesterday and moved them to 20C shaker. I had a migraine yesterday and could not go in to spin them down into pellet form.

Do you think it'll still be okay to spin them down today or do I need to start over? It's been about 48 hours.
