Large-scale reaction with TnT T7 quick coupled transcription translation system (Promega)?

I wonder if the TnT T7 quick coupled transcription translation system (Promega) works in a large-scale reaction. They suggest a final volume of 50 ul and I would need a final volume reaction of 150 ul. Should I split the reaction in 3 tubes instead?. Thanks

It is no problem to scale the reaction up or down. Just mix carefully by pipetting up and down avoiding foam formation.
