What do you mean with leader? Manager, Director, Administrator...? What roles are there and how are they related?
When you create a lab, you become the leader of it. I'm asking if someone knows if it is possible to give the leader tag to more than one person.
Everybody who tries to influence things with his/hers expertise is a leader in a broad sense. You can call them with whatever names you want. I have seen many formal directors who don't have competence or motivation to do anything. They may have fine titles but I wouldn't call them leaders.
