You can try to use GDAL image wrap tool in QGIS. The gdalwarp utility is an image mosaicing, reprojection and warping utility. The utility can reproject to any supported projection. I haven't experiences with reprojection of Kompsat 2 but GDAL in QGIS is big "magician". :-)
