I have a patient with Klatskin tumor IIIa (growing to the right ducts) and non cirrhotic primary sclerosing cholangitis. The problem is that the intrahepatic biliary ducts in the left liver (future liver remnant) are much more affected by the disease than the right liver. No possibility of liver transplantation (not allowed by our health system). Any idea?
