Want to do RNA isolation from a pool B cells. B Cells will be separated via FACS and then proceeded for RNA isolation.
i am looking for a kit that can do both RNA isolation as well as cDNA synthesis together in one kit. i want to eliminate the need to do RNA isolation seperately. i came accross THERMO cell to cDNA kit II but its mannual says its for mammlian cells. can i use it for PBMC?? and can any one suggest any other kit which can do both from PBMC ??
