I'm looking for the best method for characterization of murine extracellular vesicles.

It seems that the PS CaptureTM Exosome ELISA Kit (Streptavidin HRP) works well for humain EV but I don't know for mouse because it needs a lot of steps before. For example: buy BioLegend's non-biotinylated antibodies and biotinylated these antibodies myself using a Biotin Labeling Kit.

In some articles, Western Blot has been used but I know that this method also has its difficulties.

I will appreciate your help with this question.
