In 2010, an 11-year-old boy was charged with homicide like adults. In some other times, pre-teen or teen killers were tried as delinquents. Recently, two teens beat a woman to death, and the case has become controversial as to whether these teens should be tried as juveniles or adults. What would be your decision? I'd appreciate your opinions.

It all depends on the age. Scandinavian countries seem to have got this right, but the age of responsibility in the UK is far too low.

What seems to be missing in this debate is balance citizens have of rights and responsibility. It has always bothered me that children are tried as adults when they have never been treated as adults in any other capacity. Perhaps if they have the right to vote and participate fully in politics then these same people may be tried as adults for crimes.
In the US, it is easier to buy a guy than it is to vote in some jurisdictions.

Thank you very much for kindly sharing the information. Here's some information about juvenile perpetrators in Thailand:
Thai law sets the age of criminal responsibility at 10, but breaks youthful offenders into several age groups. Those aged 10 to 15 appear before a juvenile court judge but are not normally subject to legal punishment. They may be reprimanded but are usually returned to the care of parents or legal guardians on the condition that they do everything to prevent the child from further misbehaving.
If the court feels it is inadvisable for the offender to remain at home, the youngster will be placed in the care of a court-appointed guardian or non-governmental organisation.
Offenders 15 to 18 years old face trial in juvenile court and if found guilty are handed over to remand homes and training centres where the focus is supposedly on rehabilitation. Courts determine the duration of their stay.
Those over 18 but not yet 20 will be tried in adult criminal court and if found guilty will normally serve time in prison, but be segregated from the rest of the population. Moreover, sentences may be significantly reduced or suspended at the judge’s discretion.
