I'm looking for a lysis buffer to use in a yeast application. I'm lysing the cells with a French Press, and trying to isolate the cell walls.

In my initial trial to insure the French Press was actually lysing the cells, I resuspended the yeast pellet in YEPD broth. This was the same media the yeast were cultured in. However, I know it is best to use a lysis buffer.
