Great ! can we get university related data on enrollment and staff . we need to define "culturally diverse" what parameters of diversity? Language , ethnicity , nationality , country of origin etc . University is the unit of analysis so the question is what other factors apart from the staff need to be kept constant . So , we need to take universities from a single country because it will allow to keep exogenous determinants of enrollment constant (cost of study , living expenses , immigration facility , destination branding etc) .
