I'm intending to immunize adult BALB/C mice with tetanus vaccine and monitor antibody response. I wanted to know is subcutaenius injection elicits more robust antibody response than intraperitoneal injection or vice versa ?

I'm also asking how to calculate the avidity index of antibody response ?
