Issues with open circuit resistance value for HIOKI-3532-50 impedance analyzer?

We posses a sample holder for taking the impedance result for pellets at high temperature. The sample holder has fixure attached which is working fine with HIOKI-3522-50 which shows the open circuit resistance in Mohm. But as soon as we switch on to HIOKI-3532-50 the open circuit resistance shows values in the range of kohm which s not desirable. What can be the possibe reason. please note the impedance analyser seems to work fine as it gives good results with its supplied fixture. Please suggest possible solutions?

Ask, first, the supplier Company. If it does not work, then try to measure, please, the impedance of a Resistor-R dummy cell :

1)with and

2)without,

its supplied fixture.

Note for R values: 10KOhm, 100KOhm and one higher.
