I made absorver layer with two step coating.
1) First step was with spin coating in which i used PbI2 by making 1M solution of DMF+DMSO
I stiired the soultion for 12 hrs then spin coated it on glass substrate at 4000RPM for 30s then annealed it at 100C for 30 mins. This first step was done in open environment conditions

I want to make mixed halides of I and Br. In the previous experiment I was using PbI and CsBr, so, if I replace the CsI instead of CsBr in PbI2 then my mixed halides are not formed. So, could you please tell me that is it feasible to use PbBr and CsI? for mixed halides and also whether these two salts are soluble in DMF and DMSO or not.
