Dear all,

It is well known that heparin inhibits PCR performed on DNA extracted from whole blood or plasma.

I would need to perform single cell PCR on RNA-cDNA extracted from PBMC that have been ISOLATED from heparin-treated blood and I was wondering if washing (extensively) the PBMC is enough to then successfully perform PCR?

Does anybody have experience with that?

Thanks!!!
