Is transgene inheritance to daughter cells will always be consistent?

1. In case of Cre-ER-flox using flox cutting system, will the daughter cells will always carry the transgene no matter how much they divides? (the parent cell has been flox-activated by tamoxifen)

2. In case of tre-h2bGFP, will this transgene also will always be passed to all of its lineage?
