Yes, they all are indeed pictures of echinoid (the upper depicts an echinoid test plate, the lower two illsutrate a spinose spine.
Both specimens are definitively echinoids but from different taxa. The spine is from a cidaroid whereas the test fragment is from an irregular echinoid (spatangoid or cassiduloid?) but cannot recognize genus or species from added pictures and fragmental preservation.
The type of the tuberculation of the fragment and the wide pore pairs in the middle remind me of a clypeasteroid echinoid. The interambulacrum is below the pore pairs, the part above the pores belongs to the middle of the ambulacrum.
