We are looking for a luciferase reporter plasmid containing the 3`UTR of CyclinD1 or Mcl-1 (preferable the whole 3`-UTR).
It is so frustrating- we have written circa 20 emails to research groups that have cloned the 3`UTR of CyclinD1 or Mcl1 into a luciferase reporter vector.
We got either no answers or the emails returned as the email address that was indicated on the paper was not correct or we got the answer “sorry we cannot find the plasmid”.
Is there someone who has cloned the 3`UTR of either CyclinD1 or Mcl1 into a luciferase reporter vector?
I was wondering if you would be willing to share this plasmid with us? I believe that this construct will greatly aid our studies.
Of course, we will gladly have our officials sign and any MTA that might be required, and we will naturally also pay for any shipping costs.
