Is there available data of lymphoma cells surviving fraction with respect to radiation dose after exposed to radiation?

Hi. I am looking for the cell survival curve (a dose-response curve that contains the cell surviving fraction with respect to ionizing radiation dose. The cell population is mainly based on cancerous immune cells. Is this data available in the literature? I am a mathematician, so I am not familiar with the terms used while searching for that kind of data through Googling.
