I'd be happy to assist given that I work with semiotics, cross-cultural analysis and methodology. But I am having trouble locating helpful material on Pecheux from the internet.
Dear Diego, I were felow of a researcher in multiculturalism, his name is Gunther Dietz. He has a profile in this page. He publics in English, Spanish and German.
As expected, the digesting the word, "culture" comes ahead of muticultuism. In my opinion, studing these concepts through empirical researches would not be helpful. The variable of culture by itself is a combination of ethnic characteristics, plus environment enfluences, plus religious belives. Then it comes the multiculturism: the factores of, " new environment", plus "era" or time, would enforce and enfluence the mentioned combination, for defenite. As a result, outcome would be in infinite conditions, and that is the reason for study multiculturism in a "case study" base would be more in a meaningful- dept rather than generalizations in empirical studies.
