I have done LCMS of different extracts of my plant.I got only mass spectrum of the compounds which is dfficult to interpret as there are different compounds whose molecular weight is same.They have not send me the library like GCMS where the library of all volatile compounds are available.
My question is,is there any library available for LCMS like GCMS?

There is not needed library for LMWs. Rather, it is needed a set of MSn spectra in order to obtain 2D chemical diagrams of analytes.

I haven't used LCMS, but if it's GCMS because the instrument is already connected to the MS then it already has a library. As far as I know, if the LCMS is not connected to the library, there is usually an application to identify when the sample injection results come out when the spectra results come out.
