Dear All I am looking for a vector, which is working in both prokaryotic and Eukaryota cells containing an secretory signal peptide to clone and produce a mouse protein in a mammalian cells I need the protein to be secreted in the culture media by the cell It would be appreciated if any one introduce a vector or a signal peptide, which can be cloned in pcDNA3 vector along with my protein gene for expression of the protein in the culture soup Hossein
