Is there any synthesis method for 2 butyl 5 nitro benzofuran starting with 4 nitro phenol? we need yield more than 70%?

We have tried wittig approach using triphenyl phosphonium salt of 2 bromomethyl 4 nitrophenol and valeryl chloride in K2CO3 base and Toluene as solvent. Yield is low about 25%!! Hence want to improve the yield?
