Hi,

At present am working on coupling of injection moulding process to stress analysis for short fiber reinforced polymers (Wood cellulose fibers). For this we use CONVERSE as process mapping software (mainly mapping fiber orientation). It works fine with glass fibers with L/D ratio of 20 to 40, but in case of wood cellulose fiber their L/D ratio is less between 1.5 to 2.5. I observed that this software works well with conventional fiber than the natural one's.

Now I want to write my thesis on developing a micromechanical model which suits well for wood cellulose fiber.

I need some suggestions, to proceed further on it. Because am not sure how long it may take and what challenges I will face.
