i want to measure the level of resilience. The age limit is 6-18. I have the questionnaire which specific for adolescents as well as for children. Is there any single questionnaire is available to assess both children and adolescents.
Please see Resiliency Scales for Children and Adolescents (RCSA) in the link below, although this is for 9-18 years old. You may also review the other scales included there.

Resilience will vary across developmental stages so a single scale might not be appropriate or may be too broad to pick up detail eg aspects like sense of control over one's life and levels of responsibility and managed risk-taking will vary greatly between ages 6-18. Also, many scales have a reading age that is too high for a typical 6 year old.
