Hi, I done I/me-others IAT with 2 category of words (aggressiveness and agreeableness) and although main effect was obtained (that participants had faster RT for combination I/me - agreeableness than I/me - aggressiveness), there is not significant correlations with personality traits. I try several transformation etc, but nothing. My colleague done PhD thesis about IAT measures of personality traits, and also had no significant relations with RT in IAT and personality traits, except for Openness, so I don't recommend to use IAT, but it depends of your design, of course. As seems, IAT is better for measuring self-esteem and prejudices. As for the go-no-go, it is more impulsiveness than aggression (so, I suppose it could be measure of impulsive aggressiveness, which is related to affective aggression), but you could try to choose adequate stimuli and use maybe emotional go-no-go task, for example. Also, emotional Stroop could be maybe useful for your experiment, but try to find what is better - if you use words or facial expressions.
I find some article about IAT. If you use it in some experimental manipulation, the effect is more likely to get, but if you use just in correlation design, I have doubt, as I said.
