We have carried out gutflora analysis of H.armigera and found with many isolates including Bacillus pumilus ,B.safensis, D,chinhatensis ,P.stutzeri, S.marscens, S.nemadophilia, S.maltophila. I am interestred to know any other reports/article are there with same micro flora. Not only in H.armigera, I am interested in other Lepidoptera group insects with same microbial specimens .Your suggestions regarding valid reports are highly welcomed. If any NCBI submissions are available for such information would be highly helpful.Thank you
Most of the leipidopternas including H.armigera in house Bacillus species and S.nemadophilia. Few gut fungi also found in symbiotic relationship. Bacillus subtillis RTSBA6 6.00, a new strain isolated from gut of Helicoverpa armigera. The occurrence of proteolytic bacteria in the gut of H. armigera leads to hypothesize that proteolytic bacterium might be involved in assimilation of protein in the gut of host insect.Helicoverpa are important polyphagous agricultural insect pests and they have a worldwide distribution. The bacterial community structure in the midgut of fifth instar larvae of Helicoverpa armigera, a species prevalent in the India, China, South Asia, South East Asia, Southern & Eastern Africa and Australia. Using culturable techniques, we isolated and identified members of Bacillus firmus, Bacillus niabense, Paenibacillus jamilae, Cellulomonas variformis, Acinetobacter schindleri, Micrococcus yunnanesis, Enterobacter sp., and Enterococcus cassiliflavus in insect samples collected from host plants grown in different parts of India. Besides these the presence of Sphingomonas, Ralstonia, Delftia, Paracoccus and Bacteriodetes was determined by culture independent molecular analysis

I found many reports Baciilus pumilius,B.safensis,S.marscens, S.maltophila and unable to find at following microbes at their species level D,chinhatensis ,P.stutzeri, S.nemadophilia. (I found reports on Devosia , Pseudomonas, Serratia at genus level). If you find any free papers in this regard ,please send the link which would be highly appreciated.
